Dr. Sher is the medical director of PRA. He has served as the principal investigator for over 200 clinical research trials focusing on conditions such as allergic rhinitis, asthma, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, hypertension, otitis media, pneumonia and sinusitis.
Dr. Saad has been the sub-investigator for more than 200 research studies at Peninsula Research Associates. Her clinical expertise includes studies focused on allergic rhinitis, asthma, chronic bronchitis, otitis media, pneumonia, sinusitis, and vaccinations. Dr. Saad has been in private practice for over 25 years.
LeighAnn is a board licensed family nurse practitioner. She focuses on our food allergy studies, particularly peanut. We are so lucky to have LeighAnn on our research team. LeighAnn is a South Bay native and is loving the fact that she is able to work and raise her family in the same community that she grew up in.
As VP of Clinical Operations, Jordan oversees and manages all daily operations at PRA. He is responsible for the execution of our clinical trials, ensuring regulatory guidelines and study protocols are strictly followed. Jordan negotiates study budgets and contracts and serves as the liaison between PRA and the study sponsors.
As our CFO, Renée manages all cost, managerial, and financial accounting for PRA. She is responsible for the day-to-day administration of accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, benefits, and human resources. Among other things, Renée also prepares forecasts, budgets, and financial statements.
Jennifer plays a key role in the marketing, development, recruitment and public relations of Peninsula Research Associates. In addition to creating and managing study-specific patient recruitment plans, she works with sponsors to implement their central recruitment campaigns in order to meet their recruitment goals.

Debbie serves as PRA’s Director of Regulatory and QC. She has played a key role in over 300 clinical research trials. Debbie’s areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, allergic rhinitis, asthma, ADHD, and vaccinations.
Monika helps maintain a high level of patient care while ensuring our research goals are being met. Her research knowledge includes phase III clinical trials in areas such as atopic dermatitis, EoE and adult ADHD.
Heather has been working as a clinical research coordinator at Peninsula Research Associates since 2017. She currently devotes her time to phase III trials, focusing primarily on asthma, atopic dermatitis and diabetes studies.
